1. Consultation Services

  • All fees paid for in-clinic consultation, teleconsultation, or video consultation are non-refundable.
  • Once a consultation has been completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • If a consultation is missed by the patient, it will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Patients can request to reschedule their appointment by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • In case of emergency, our team will try to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability.
  • No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

3. Medicine & Treatment Packages

  • Homeopathic medicines and treatment plans are customized as per individual diagnosis, hence non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Once medicines are dispensed or shipped, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Medicines

  • If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect medicines, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • After verification, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Refunds in such cases will be processed only if replacement is not possible.

5. Refund Eligibility (Special Cases)

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Payment deducted but appointment not confirmed
  • Service not delivered due to technical issues from our side

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.


6. Treatment Results Disclaimer

  • Homeopathy is a natural and individualized treatment system, and results may vary from person to person.
  • We do not guarantee 100% results for every case; therefore, no refunds will be issued based on treatment outcomes.
